HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENGETAHUAN ODAPUS DAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PADA ODAPUS MENGGUNAKAN METODE MMAS DAN LKQ DI MAGELANG

Latar Belakang: Lupus Eritematosus Sistemik (LES) merupakan penyakit autoimun kronik dengan manifestasi beragam yang kompleks yang membutuhkan penatalaksanaan secara individual. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penatalaksanaan Lupus, dimana kepatuhan minum obat adalah salah satunya. Terkait hal tersebut, ternyata ada banyak hal yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan. Penelitian ini merupakan langkah awal intervensi penatalaksanaan komprehensif bagi Odapus, khususnya dalam lingkup lokal di Magelang.Tujuan: Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan Odapus dan kepatuhan minum obat pada Odapus menggunakan metode MMAS dan LKQ di Magelang. Sementara tujuan khusus penelitian antara lain untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi, tingkat kepatuhan minum obat, dan tingkat pengetahuan Odapus di Magelang.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Odapus di Magelang sebanyak 40 orang. Sampel sebanyak 40 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Kendall Tau.Hasil: Distribusi frekuensi kepatuhan minum obat pada Odapus sebagian besar dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 28 responden (70.00%), sementara distribusi frekuensi pengetahuan pada Odapus sebagian besar dengan kategori baik sebanyak 24 responden (60.00%). Simpulan: Tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada Odapus (p-value 0,134 > α 0,05). Mayoritas Odapus di Magelang berjenis kelamin wanita (97.50%), berusia 18-31 tahun (65.00%), mengenyam pendidikan SMA atau sederajat (52.50%) dan bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga (32.50%). Kebanyakan Odapus telah menyintas LES selama 3-5 tahun (40.00%), kontrol kembali ke poliklinik setiap bulan (90.00%), dan mengkonsumsi kombinasi lebih dari 3 jenis obat per hari. Jenis obat yang paling banyak dikonsumsi adalah kombinasi kortikosteroid dan DMARDs atau imunosupresan (50.00%).
