Author Guidelines
1. Language & Abstract
Manuscript must be written in Bahasa Indonesia, with abstracts in both Bahasa
Indonesia and English.
Abstract (in each language) must be a single paragraph, max 250 words, without
citations, tables, or figures.
2. Title & Author Information
○ Title should be specific, reflect the core of the article, and no more than 14
words.
○ If the article uses a language other than English, provide an English translation of
the title.
○ Authors’ names should be given without academic titles or ranks.
○ Institutional affiliation and full contact (address, e‑mail, phone/fax) of
corresponding author must be clearly stated.
3. Keywords
○ Include a set of carefully chosen keywords (in each language) that accurately
represent the central concepts in the article.
4. Manuscript Structure / Sections
The manuscript should include (in order):
a. Abstract
b. Introduction
c. Materials & Methods
d. Results
e. Discussion
f. Conclusion and (optional) recommendations
g. References
5. Length / Page Limit
○ Manuscript must be minimum 6 pages and maximum 12 pages, inclusive of
tables and figures.
6. References & Citation Style
○ Use reference management tools (Zotero, Mendeley, etc.).
○ Minimum 15 references, with at least 70% being primary sources.
7. Review & Decision Categories
After submission, a manuscript may receive one of the following decisions:
- Accepted without revision
- Requires revision (minor)
- Major revision and re-review
- Rejected
8. Revision & Withdrawal Policy
○ If authors do not revise within 1 week, the manuscript is considered withdrawn
and previous acceptance is nullified.
○ Manuscripts cannot be withdrawn once in review. Accepted manuscripts cannot
be withdrawn.
9. Editing, Proofing, and Final Approval
○ Accepted manuscripts will be edited by the editorial team. Authors must approve
edits (within 1 week).
○ After editing approval, the manuscript proceeds to layout editing.
○ Authors must also approve final publication version (proof) within 1 week.
10. Plagiarism & Originality Requirement
○ Manuscript must be original, never published, and not under review elsewhere.
○ Plagiarism check will be done (e.g., via Turnitin).
○ Maximum allowed similarity index is 25%.
○ Violations may lead to rejection or sanctions (ban on future submissions).
