AUTHOR GUIDELINES

1. Language & Abstract
Manuscripts must be written in Bahasa Indonesia, with abstracts in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Each abstract must be a single paragraph, maximum of 250 words, without citations, tables, or figures.

2. Title & Author Information
• Title should be specific, reflect the main content, and contain no more than 14 words.
• If the article uses a language other than English, an English translation of the title must be provided.
• Authors’ names should be written without academic titles or ranks.
• Include institutional affiliation and full contact information (address, email, phone/fax) of the corresponding author.

3. Keywords
Include a set of carefully chosen keywords (in both languages) that accurately represent the core concepts of the article.

4. Manuscript Structure / Sections
The manuscript should include the following sections in order:
a. Abstract
b. Introduction
c. Materials & Methods
d. Results
e. Discussion
f. Conclusion (and optional Recommendations)
g. References

5. Length / Page Limit
Manuscripts must be a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 12 pages, including tables and figures.

6. References & Citation Style
• Use reference management tools (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley).
• Minimum 15 references, with at least 70% from primary sources (e.g., journal articles, theses, proceedings).

7. Review & Decision Categories
After submission, a manuscript may receive one of the following editorial decisions:
- Accepted without revision
- Requires minor revision
- Major revision and re-review
- Rejected

8. Revision & Withdrawal Policy
• Authors must submit revisions within 1 week; failure to do so will result in withdrawal of the manuscript.
• Manuscripts cannot be withdrawn once under review.
• Accepted manuscripts are final and cannot be withdrawn.

9. Editing, Proofing, and Final Approval
• Accepted manuscripts will be edited by the editorial team, and authors must approve edits within 1 week.
• After approval, the manuscript proceeds to layout editing.
• Authors must also approve the final publication proof within 1 week.

10. Plagiarism & Originality Requirement
• Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
• A plagiarism check (e.g., Turnitin) will be conducted.
• Maximum allowed similarity index is 25%.
• Violations may result in rejection or sanctions (e.g., a ban on future submissions).
