TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN REMAJA PUTRI KELAS VIII TENTANG DAMPAK PERNIKAHAN DINI PADA KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI DI SMP NEGERI 2 PAKIS KABUPATEN MAGELANG

Abstract

Background : Early marriage in Magelang Regency is still very high, out of 21sub-districts in Magelang Regency, Pakis District has the highest percentage of

8.60%. Early marriage has an effect on adolescent reproductive health, such ascomplications in pregnancy due to poor body anatomy not ready to get pregnantand give birth, so there is a high risk of experiencing, pregnancy with anemia dueto nutritional deficiency, abortion (miscarriage), the risk of giving birth (LBW)low birth weight.

Objective: This study was to describe the level of knowledge of adolescent girls in

class VIII about the impact of early marriage on reproductive health at SMPNegeri 2 Pakis, Magelang Regency.

Methods:This research is descriptive with amethod survey with aapproach crosssectional. The subjects in this study were all eighth grade students at SMP Negeri2 Pakis, Magelang Regency, which were taken using a total sampling technique.Collecting data using a questionnaire. Statistical test using Univariate Analysis test.

Results: At SMPN 2 Pakis with a total of 70 girls in class VIII, it was obtainedknowledge about the impact of early marriage on reproductive health as many as10 adolescents (14.3) with good knowledge, 33 adolescents (47.7%) with sufficient knowledge, and 27 adolescents (38.6) with less knowledge.

Conclusion: The knowledge level of teenage girls in class VIII on the impact of early marriages on reproductive health in SMPN 2 Pakis Magelang knowledgeable enough to show 32 adolescents (45.7%)
