General Section Policy

All submissions must be original works that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All manuscripts are initially evaluated by the editorial team to assess their scope, originality, relevance, completeness, and compliance with the journal's author guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic requirements may be rejected or returned to the authors before peer review.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other.

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on their scientific and academic quality, relevance to community needs, methodological appropriateness, clarity of presentation, originality, significance of outcomes, ethical considerations, and potential contribution to community development.

The Editor-in-Chief and/or assigned Editor makes the final publication decision based on the reviewers' recommendations, editorial considerations, and the journal's publication standards.

The journal reserves the right to request revisions, reject manuscripts that do not meet its standards, or require additional clarification regarding ethical, methodological, or authorship issues.

All authors are expected to comply with the journal's policies on research and publication ethics, authorship, plagiarism, conflicts of interest, and data integrity.
