Abstract

Health human resource problems in Indonesia such as availability, accessibility, acceptability, quality, and distribution problems that are not optimal are still challenges that must be faced.  Inadequate and optimal health human resources cause a decrease in the quality of health services. The purpose of this community service is to analyze the quality of human resources of the family assistance team in Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This activity involved midwives, a family assistance team of 5 people, and health cadres of 10 people. Efforts made can be in the form of procurement and planning of human resources, human resource development, maintenance, and optimal utilization of human resources to be effective and efficient so as not to cause waste of resources. One way to improve HR knowledge is by providing material. In conclusion, human resource management is a solution to improve quality efforts or quality of health services in Indonesia. Efforts made
