INTRODUCTION OF JKN MOBILE AS AN ALTERNATIVE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION AT INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE CENTER SRI REJEKI HAMLET PIKGONDANG CONDONGCATUR

Abstract

Mobile JKN is an application provided by BPJS to facilitate services and information for participants so that the provision of health services becomes faster. One form of convenience found in the JKN mobile application is the online registration service for membership administration. However, in reality there are still many people who have not utilized these facilities because they have not received socialization regarding the procedures for using them. This service aims to convey one of the online registration features that can be used to speed up the patient registration process so that it doesn't take too long to get service. The method used was to provide assistance and socialize registration using the JKN mobile application to 23 participants. It is hoped that the results of this community service activity will be able to increase the level of public awareness and knowledge regarding online registration using mobile JKN, with the hope that registration will be easier, faster and more practical. Participants were enthusiastic in holding discussions about registration using mobile JKN, however, the obstacle in implementing this activity was that the participants were elderly and mothers with toddlers so they could not immediately practice using cellphones.
